“ A good bang mi. No complaints. Quick and friendly service. Great portion size. Good meat quality. Pretty empty on a wed night. Cute window seating. ”
“ Review based on Postmates delivery order where I got the following: * Bun Noodle Bowl with rice noodle, shredded romaine lettuce, crispy pork egg roll, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumbers, jalapenos, bean sprouts, Vietnamese herbs, peanuts, crispy shallots, nuoc cham sauce (vegetarian available) and your choice of choice of grilled lemongrass pork, grilled 5 spice chicken, grilled organic tofu, or grilled steak (+$3). I got the grilled lemongrass pork with a fried egg for $17.50. I also got a fried egg so that was an additional $1.75. * not pictured was the (2) pieces of shrimp & pork summer rolls for $8.50 plus the salt & pepper fries for $5.50. * Taro coconut cream cloud for $5.75. I ordered this for delivery so curious as to taste how different it would have been after drinking it there. ”
“ I love this place the workers are great the food is some of the best in the neighborhood and the Vietnamese iced coffee is great! Nice interior but they have plenty of outdoor seating. ”
“ In a controversial move we did not actually try any of the sandwiches but the rice bowl and the pho were both delicious. The chicken in the rice bowl was perfectly seasoned and cooked and all the ingredients balanced well together. I am not always big on Vietnamese cuisine I think because of the mint forward flavor profile but this was really delicate and flavorful. The Brussel sprouts were served with a tasty sauce and wings were crispy and fried fresh. The only underwhelming thing was the egg roll but I would totally come back for everything else again. The food came out pretty quick but we were there before the rush. Good for small groups, not a ton of room for larger groups though. ”
“ One of my favorite tofu banh mi's in the city. So flavorful and is packed with fresh ingredients. If you add the jalapeños it can get spicy so be aware. If you like spicy you should also try their pepper fries! So good!! ”
“ The 5 Spice Chicken Sandwich was SO GOOD. One of the most flavorful and freshest tasting banh mi's I've ever tried. So good i didn't get to snap a pic but the presentation was great and I loved the theme of the little motorbike. Also Vanilla Lychee tea was great and such a cute little cup. I ordered for delivery and it arrived in a quick manner, packed clean and tasted great!!! I will be a return customer ”
“ YAY YAY YAY Thanks Denise and gang for letting me know my favorite banh mi sandwich is back through April... The Spicy Catfish! I almost didnt see the notification but am so glad I saw your note! Nothing against the 5 Spice Chicken and Lemongrass Pork but your Catfish is really what makes Bun Mee special for me! So glad it is back for now! And hopefully for longer. I did not see it on the website or on the in-store menu so was worried at first that I was mistaken. Definitely call the restaurant directly if ordering for pick up! ”
